This is the question proposed to us in class on Friday. The truth is I think there is no other. Literature is what made me who I am…. or was. It made me famous, as did the death of the literature inside my walls. In my personal opinion, literature is what allows us not to conform. It leads us to greater, unique, and different wisdoms, depending on the literature we are exposed to and the ones we choose to expose ourselves to. It has the ability to make us more powerful than we could ever imagine. That is why so many leaders of this world choose to destroy it. Literature gives the people a dangerous edge.
