This past weekend has been awfully rainy, and unfortunately, I’ve been far too busy to take part in my favorite rainy day activity: Reading with my big, orange cat Crookshanks by the Common Room fire. Luckily, he is a very fat and lazy thing so he’s more than happy to sit around and do nothing as well. I’ve included a picture of him below. I think he’s the cutest thing on the planet, but my friends beg to differ and think he looks very angry and mean. That, I can’t disagree with, but he really is very sweet.

Currently, I’m reading a book called House of Leaves. My father recommended it to me and it’s interesting so far. I haven’t been able to fully immerse myself in it, but I’m hoping that I will enjoy it more as I continue to read!
